Steel Enclosure for Prefabricated Electrical Systems
A custom E-House enclosure provides a protected steel structure in which electrical equipment can be installed, connected and maintained.
Compared with a standard electrical cabinet, an E-House enclosure has a larger structural frame, reinforced base, multiple equipment doors and project-specific installation interfaces. It can accommodate switchgear, control panels, protection systems and other power equipment.

Manufactured According to Your Drawings
E-House enclosures are not standard off-the-shelf products. Equipment dimensions, cable routes, access requirements and installation environments differ from project to project.
Zhihe manufactures each enclosure according to approved GA and fabrication drawings.
Waterproof Testing
Outdoor E-House enclosures must reduce the risk of water entering through doors, joints, roof structures and other interfaces.
Water ingress testing is available according to the confirmed project requirements. During testing, attention is paid to areas such as:
- Door frames
- Sealing strips
- Roof joints
- Panel connections
- Ventilation openings
- External interface openings
Any required test method, duration, inspection criteria or third-party certification must be confirmed before quotation.
Waterproof testing does not automatically mean that every enclosure is IP54 certified. If the project requires an IP rating, the applicable standard and certification requirements should be specified separately.
Corrosion Protection
The surface-treatment system can be selected according to the installation environment.
