Key Advantages
Better Protection for Transformer Oil
The sealed metal bellows separates transformer oil from outside air and moisture, helping reduce oil oxidation and contamination.
Durable Stainless Steel Bellows
The 304 stainless steel bellows expands and contracts axially as the oil volume changes, without relying on a rubber bladder as the oil-air barrier.
Flexible Oil-Level Monitoring
A local oil-level gauge is provided as standard, with high/low alarm contacts and a 4–20 mA remote signal available as options.
Shell:
Constructed from welded carbon steel. The surface is sandblasted to remove rust, then coated with primer and topcoat in accordance with customer-specified anti-corrosion standards. This provides excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance, making it suitable for harsh outdoor conditions.
Stainless Steel Corrugated Core:
The core is the main compensation component, offering good elasticity and long fatigue life. Zhihe possesses professional production molds and skilled welders, ensuring complete sealing performance that isolates the core from air and moisture.
Mounting Bracket:
Standard V-type mounting bracket with lifting holes, suitable for top mounting on transformer tanks, ensuring convenient and secure installation.
We also include high and low voltage oil level alarms as standard.
