Established in 2011 and located in Hai'an, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province,China, Nantong Zhihe Electric Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of sheet metal components for power transformers up to 500KV.
Our team operates from two plant sites with a total area exceeding 100,000 square meters and a workforce of over 500 employees. Our main products include clamps, oil tanks, finned radiators, molds, enclosures, containers and prefabricated cabins enclosure, which are adaptable to various types of power transformers up to 500KV.
Our company is certified under the ISO9001 quality management system. We optimize products across three stages-design, process, and quality control-strictly managing product quality and continuously advancing toward the goal of "zero defects"!
Our Factory
Nantong Zhihe Electric Co., Ltd. has a workforce of 500 employees and operates from a facility covering an area of over 100,000 square meters.
As a leading domestic manufacturer of transformer radiators, the company is equipped with advanced production machinery. This includes seven fully automated radiator production lines, fourteen laser cutting machines with a maximum power of 30,000 watts, and eight press brakes capable of bending materials up to 6 meters in length. Additionally, the factory is outfitted with seven shot blasting machines, nine integrated painting and drying booths, six plastic powder coating and curing lines, and five fully automated welding robots. This comprehensive and advanced equipment ensures the reliability and high efficiency of our production processes.
