A prefabricated cabin enclosure provides a protected space for switchgear, control panels, transformers, battery systems and other electrical equipment.

Zhihe specializes in the manufacture of the steel enclosure and structural sheet-metal components. We do not supply RMUs, digital relays, switchgear or other internal electrical components. Openings, mounting points, cable entries and internal partitions can be manufactured according to the customer's equipment layout.

Our engineering team reviews each drawing before production to confirm the dimensions, materials, openings, lifting points and coating requirements.

Strong Welded Steel Structure

Prefabricated electrical enclosures must withstand lifting, transportation, equipment installation and outdoor operating conditions.

Zhihe uses a combination of robotic welding and experienced manual welding to manufacture base frames, wall panels, roof structures, doors and internal supports. Welding parameters and assembly dimensions are controlled throughout production.

Important structural areas-including lifting points, base-frame connections, door frames and equipment supports-are inspected before surface treatment.

Corrosion Protection for Outdoor Projects

The coating system can be selected according to the installation environment and required corrosion category.

Our available processes include:

3. Frame Assembly and Welding

The base frame, wall structure, roof and supporting components are assembled and welded.

4. Dimensional Inspection

Overall dimensions, openings, mounting points and door positions are checked before coating.

5. Surface Preparation and Coating

The enclosure undergoes the specified surface-treatment and coating processes.

6. Final Assembly and Inspection

Doors, hinges, locks, seals and other specified sheet-metal components are installed and inspected.

7. Packing and Delivery

The enclosure is protected and packed according to its dimensions, transportation method and destination.

Quality Control

Quality inspections are carried out from raw-material preparation to final delivery.

Do you provide a complete electrical E-house?

We mainly manufacture the steel enclosure and related sheet-metal structures. Internal electrical equipment such as switchgear, RMUs, digital relays, control panels and transformers is not included unless otherwise specifically confirmed.

Can you manufacture according to our drawings?

Yes. Our prefabricated cabin enclosures are manufactured according to customer drawings, equipment layouts and technical specifications.

Can you provide openings for switchgear and control panels?

Yes. Cable entries, ventilation openings, mounting holes, equipment cut-outs and internal supporting structures can be produced according to the approved drawings.

Are outdoor coating systems available?
