Nantong Zhihe Electric Co., Ltd. manufactures transformer oil tanks, transformer radiators and electrical enclosures in Hai'an, Nantong, Jiangsu, China. Established in 2011 and a member of Yawei Group, we supply custom sheet metal components for transformer manufacturers and electrical equipment projects.
Our work starts with your drawings and production requirements. From welding and leak testing to surface preparation and coating, we focus on the details that matter when components reach your assembly floor.
ZHIHE's manufacturing facilities cover a total area of 100,000 m², with a workforce of over 500 employees. Our workshops are equipped with eight welding robots, complemented by manual welding to accommodate different component structures and fabrication requirements.
ZHIHE's product range includes distribution and power transformer oil tanks, pad-mounted and pole-mounted transformer tanks, conventional and gooseneck radiators, hot-dip galvanized radiators, prefabricated E-House enclosures, and other custom electrical enclosures. We also manufacture transformer clamps, oil conservators and related steel components. Our manufacturing scope includes sheet metal components for power transformers rated up to 500 kV.
Products are manufactured according to customer drawings and technical specifications. Our production process covers material cutting, forming, welding, assembly, leak testing, surface preparation and coating. Robotic welding is combined with manual welding to meet different structural requirements, and every transformer oil tank and radiator undergoes leak testing. Surface treatment options include painting, powder coating and hot-dip galvanizing for radiators, with finishes specified according to the product and its service environment.
Serving domestic and international customers, ZHIHE provides manufacturing support from drawing review through production and pre-shipment inspection. We work with transformer manufacturers and electrical equipment companies to coordinate technical requirements, order quantities and production schedules.
