We manufacture each Chinese-type substation transformer oil tank to approved drawings, including the specified steel grade, plate thickness, stiffeners, openings and mounting details. Drawing review helps clarify interface requirements and component boundaries before fabrication begins.
Robotic Welding Supported by Skilled Manual Work
Our factory operates eight robotic welding units, alongside skilled manual welding. Robotic welding is used for suitable joints, while manual welding handles areas that require different access or more complex positioning.
Each tank undergoes leak testing. Any leaking areas are repaired and rechecked, with the test method, pressure and acceptance criteria confirmed against the project specification.
Address Fit, Coating and Supply Scope Before Production
A missing interface detail or an unclear coating requirement can lead to changes after fabrication has started. We review three areas with your team:
Assembly interfaces: side connection positions, enclosure attachment points, flange details and radiator mounting.
Surface protection: surface preparation, coating system, dry film thickness, finish color and any specified interior coating.
Component scope: which radiators, conservator parts, supports and other steel components are included in the order.
